Con Alma’s COVID-19 Response

Dear Con Alma Health Foundation Friends & Colleagues,

In light of the evolving public health emergency due to COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus), Con Alma Health Foundation is taking a number of steps in an attempt to minimize exposure and slow the projected spread of infection. Effective, Wednesday, March 11, 2020, and until further notice, Con Alma is suspending all in-person meetings at the Con Alma office. In the interim, all staff are working remotely and can be reached via email or other means as arranged.

We encourage our partners and friends to follow recommendations from the CDC’s website and the New Mexico Department of Health’s website and other health officials regarding social distancing and other public health advisories, including information on managing anxiety and stress.

Thank you for your understanding and for your efforts to protect the physical and mental health of our people and communities in New Mexico, including those populations that are the most vulnerable. We are grateful to the many people in New Mexico, including our nonprofit/philanthropic sector and frontline healthcare workers and first responders, who continue to support one another and are taking precautions to minimize transmission and practice stress management and other coping strategies during this challenging time.

We invite you to engage with us on facebook, LinkedIn, and twitter to stay connected and discuss and share useful resources. Be sure to review our COVID-19 resource list.

In health,

Dolores E. Roybal, Executive Director
