100% Otero makes it easy for you to find vital services you need in Otero County. Visit tenvitalservicesnm.org and look under “Otero County” to find services in such sectors as schools, food, transportation, housing, parent help and job training. You can help rate service providers too!

We all need a little hope, and 100% Otero is happy to provide a Day of Hope to folks without a permanent home. Here’s a shout out to all the supportive community partners that offered free food, services, and support during the Day of Hope. 100% relies on volunteers and donations. The next Day of Hope in Alamogordo will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023.

Pictures can bring us together. Check out 100% Otero’s beautiful, vibrant community murals at The Counseling Center in Alamogordo and at the Farsouth fire station in Chaparral, where middle and high-school students helped create an inspiring mural that represents their community and 100%’s mission of keeping kids safe from trauma.

100% Otero is grateful for all the participants who took time to learn about the effects of trauma and brainstorm solutions to local issues at the first community summit on childhood trauma prevention. Stay tuned for news of our next summit to be held in early 2024!
