2024 Heroes of Health Nominations Are Live!

It’s time to shine a spotlight on the unsung health heroes who make our communities healthier and stronger. The 2024 Con Alma Heroes of Health nominations are open, and we want YOU to help us find the individuals who go above and beyond. Whether they’re healthcare professionals, volunteers, or advocates, now’s your chance to honor their impact!
Two Award Categories:
- Traditional Hero (26+)
- Youth Hero (25 and under)
Each winner will direct a $1,000 donation to a non-profit of their choice!
